New ICC rule on Free Hit for any type of no ball is effective immediately in DCL

As you may be aware, from July 2015 onwards, ICC has implemented a new rule on 'Free Hit' for all types of no balls. Hence, any no ball, NOT just overstepping no ball, will result in a free hit. Within DCL, it's our intent to align with ICC rules as much as possible; so, this new rule is effective immediately. Please make a note of it.

Please also make a note of our existing rule on 'fast, short-pitched deliveries. There is one fast, short-pitched delivery, between shoulder and head height, allowed per over; however, if the delivery goes above head, it should be called a wide. Any subsequent fast, short-pitched deliveries above the shoulder height should be called a 'No Ball' and will result in a free hit.
